Kim won second place in the drop spindle skein competition at Md Sheep and Wool, missing first by a mere three points. The delicate fiber is lace weight and exquisitely spun. Kim is thrilled and already thinking about next year's entry. We're very proud of her spinning skills. The hall was full of skeins, and all manner of knitted and felted items. Libby entered a few skeins and won some ribbons for her spinning and a fabulous natural colored knitted jacket.
