Libby's Jacob ram lamb was quite a hit at Md. Sheep and Wool. Libby was hoping to sell him so we made a little For Sale sign and hung it on his horn. He was admired by many people, including myself, but no takers. Libby has lots of sheep but she keeps a small flock of Jacobs on the front lawn to look pretty. She calls them Lawn Sheep. Libby prefers the Jacob wool over her many other breeds, including some of my Bluefaced Leicesters which didn't really make muster wool-wise. Libby likes a sturdy, heavier fleece and has put a Romney ram on the Blues. I totally understand.
