My ewes are gaining weight on Mr. Simmonds alfafa hay. Thank Goodness. It is costing me so much money I can't afford to pay attention. It's the best hay I've gotten since moving up here, and not the most expensive. I am down 16 sheep and it is not enough. I will go to California and get through Christmas before making any more decisions. The Libby Llop ewes are doing well in the Fingerlakes. They joined her flock easily. No lambs yet. My Lilly is big as a house. She must be waiting until I get on the plane.
