I found the biggest egg ever laid on my farm this morning. It weighed almost four ounces and contained two yolks. I don't know which hen laid this monster, but I hope she's okay. I kind of know how she must have felt, as I had passed a nine-pounder myself. It definitely took time to recover. This egg was delicious in the spinach omelette I made this morning.
