This darling little girl, born yesterday morning as I was rushing off to work, is doing her best to bond with her mother, Dot. Dot is not really interested, but this ewe lamb is sneaking drinks from underneath, from behind, any way she can get it. I am supplementing with a bottle just in case she's not getting enough. I'm hoping Mom settles down and let's Tiny Dancer do some extended nursing soon. I hold mom and pull her back legs open to let the baby get to the teats, which are high up and under the leg, but I don't think I need to do that much longer as the baby is finding a way to navigate herself.
