Political Weekend

The Syracuse Peace Council is the longest running social justice organization in the country.  I was proud to support them with my participation in their Plowshares Craftsfair.  Teachers are by nature political and militant (one of the many reasons why I fit in so well in that profession) and I enjoyed rubbing elbows with the Peace People.   There were people available to register voters, get them alternative loans, and avail them of legal services if necessary.  Kimmie Cornerstone bought me an anti-fracking poster to put up on the farm.
