This pair cannot get up on the roost to sit next to their mother, so they hopped in a nest box instead. I feel bad for them. They tried and tried, yelling to her to come down and get them. She just yelled back for them to come up to her, but they couldn't. I think she was sick of them and just wanted to be by herself. I tried to pick them up to put up there with mom, but they ran away from me. Nest box works just fine and they have each other.
