Strawberry Custard Pie

Sister Grace surprised us with a strawberry custard pie today. She has all her meals prepared for her at the St. Elizabeth convent, but loves to come home to the farmhouse and cook. Her brother, Chris Kupris, doesn't eat enough to make cooking really fun, so she often sends goodies over to us. I have jars and jars of pickled beets, tomatoe sauce, bread and butter pickles, etc. I brewed some Starbucks French Roast and Mattie and I sat down for an Sunday afternoon treat.
