Yes, I often think of ways I might be able to spice up my life. For now I will have to be satisfied with Jean Walsh's delicious spices. She raises Suffolks in Jordanville, NY, not far from me, and sells spices intended for cooking lamb. I'm more of a chicken and curry girl myself. Jean and I traded soap for spices. I got some new ones, including cajun blackened spice for which a warning label is attached. Apparently an intense black smoke rises up from the pan when you cook with it. I better have the fan turned on.
