Safely Home

My eldest son, Eric, flew his plane from Las Vegas to San Jose this weekend. He was boarding it at the LV airport where he lived for 4 years working for the BSA. I'm relieved he arrived safely. If you've ever flown over the Sierra Nevada mountains between Nevada and California you'd understand my apprehension. Big jets are shaken like crazy over those hills. It was a white knuckle flight for me last time, I can imagine it's quite an thrilling experience in a small plane. I'm anxious to go for a spin in Eric's plane next time I'm out there.
