I was so surprised when I felt a tap on my back and heard, Hi Maggie, and turned around to see my old friend Ruth Ticknor. Ruth and I used to spin together at The Spinnery in Neshanic Station. Ruth worked at Morristown Memorial and lived in Clinton, NJ, when she up and bought a little farm in Vermont. Sound familiar? Ruth works as a nurse anaesthetist in a Vermont hospital and raised Angora rabbits and Shetland Sheep. She is an expert knitter. I bought this stunning sweater pattern which Ruth designed. It might be a cold day in you-know-where before I get it knitted, but fantasies are free, right?
