Disaster Averted

Luckily I found this pregnant ewe when I was tending to Lola's baby at 3 am this morning. She had rolled over and gotten stuck, which can result in death. The lamb/s act as an anchor to hold her down and she can't breathe. No wonder shepherds become obsessively diligent around lambing time.
