My local blueberry jam is perfect! I couldn't wait and opened a jar for breakfast. It's wonderfully delicious, love the texture, just the right amount of sugar. I can't wait to make some more, if the berry people are still at the farmer's market this weekend. Now I know what everybody is getting for Christmas.
We just traveled through the Vermont/Upper NY State area this weekend and I had the most wonderful blueberry crumb pie.... why oh why did I not get fresh blueberries! At the very least nice to read about them bubbling away on your farm. Thanks again for shipping the lovely yellow roving, just in time for spinning on my vaca :)
