Luke decided he wanted to eat his eggs and he wanted them NOW! Can I do it, Omi???? Sure, why not, I said. We always open the eggs into a little jar one at a time to check for eyeballs, toenails, backbones forming, etc. before we put them in the pan - especially if they've been in the barn for a few days. These eggs looked pretty good. Luke fried them up, covered them with catsup, and chowed down.
